Your Rights
Tredley Worx Pty Ltd (ABN: 57 129 415 336) (TW) is a n Australian based company and complies with Australian Trade Practices Act 1974 (Commonwealth).. This means that shopping with TW is safe. Our Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Returns
Please contact us before you make a return unless you think that our help and advice may avoid you having to return the goods (in the case of a fitting problem etc).
- Goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Goods must be in original packaging.
- Goods must not be fitted or used.
- Goods must be accompanied with a Completed Returns Form.
- NOTE: Please do not tape up, or attach labels direct to the retail packaging, please wrap the product first.
TW Error - If TW has sent you a part which is different to what is listed on your invoice we will be happy to make an exchange and pay your first class postage costs for returning the item.
- Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
- Goods must be in original packaging.
- Goods must not be fitted or used.
You will have to pay the post office to return the goods but we will refund these costs to your card or send you a cheque for the value. We can only refund the cost of Australia Post Standard Mail or Standard Parcels for larger items. These are both standard services at the Post Office and should arrive within a few days.
You may send goods back to us using Express of Courier but we can only refund the approximate Australia Post postage cost. Goods must be accompanied with a Completed Returns Form.

Delivery is normally within 5-7 working days.
Pricing & International Orders
Prices include GST (Goods & Service Tax)* at the standard AUS rate of 10%. Due to certain restrictions, International customers must contact TW directly to process orders.
Payment
TW accepts Master Card and VISA. You will be asked to enter your card details and the name and the address of the card holder when you place the order. These details will be checked and we may hold an order until we receive the correct details. You will be contacted if we find the card or address details to be incorrect. We only bill your card when your order is ready to be dispatched
Credit Card Security
We take online security extremely seriously and have taken several steps to ensure that your payment information is processed confidentially and accurately.
Tredley Worx offers the use of secure servers where information is protected by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), the industry standard encryption technology. SSL works with Netscape Navigator, Microsoft Internet Explorer, AOL and other browsers. This encryption makes it virtually impossible for unauthorised parties to read any information that you send us.
When your order is processed your encrypted credit card number is removed from the web server.
This means that there is no way that someone can obtain your credit card number from TW so you can order with confidence!
Privacy Policy
Tredley Worx are committed to protecting your privacy. When you make an online order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, credit card billing address, delivery address, credit or debit card number and associated details. This allows us to process and fulfill your orders and to notify you about your order status. We will also require a land line telephone number in case we need to contact you and for international orders this number may be given to our couriers in order to help with the delivery of your goods. You have trusted us by giving us these details and TW promise not to use these details for any other reason other than processing your order or informing you about the products and services of TW. We will not pass any of your details on to third parties for profit or otherwise.
Cookies
Cookies are tiny text files, which are stored on your computer and the TW website uses these files to remember what items are in your basket and various other things which are all in place to make the site easier to use. All shopping websites use cookies and without them the site would not work.
Stock Levels
TW updates the availability of the entire stock list several times a day. Items that are 'Out Of Stock' will be displayed as such. In the rare event of a problem with availability of a product marked 'In Stock', we will contact you. You may then wish to cancel the order or wait until the item becomes available.
Out of Stock Orders
There are times when items become temporarily 'Out Of Stock', and these items are marked as such in the site. If you order an 'Out Of Stock' product, we will send out the order to you as soon as the product becomes available again. If we cannot source the item we will contact you to inform you. Your credit card will not be debited until we dispatch the product.
Ownership of Information
Tredley Worx creates the majority of pictures and descriptions for the website. This information is copyright of Tredley Worx and may not be used by any other party without express permission of Tredley Worx. The Tredley Worx website is provided for use only for viewing by an end user. Taking of any content or prices by automated processes, such as spidering, will be deemed as a breach of copyright and is expressly forbidden except where specifically agreed with the Tredley Worx or where Tredley Worx had expressly requested the process.
Accuracy of Information
We put a lot of time and effort into describing and photographing the products we sell using manufacturer's websites, catalogues, our own photography studio and often our own descriptions of the products. Although we aim that every picture and description is 100% accurate, mistakes do occur so let us know if you see or read something that isn’t correct. If you have purchased something based on a picture or description on the website which turns out to be incorrect we will be happy to replace or refund the product (unused).
Changes
If we decide to change our Terms and Conditions, we will post those changes on this page so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances we disclose it.
Site Usage
Tredley Worx disclaims damages of any kind, compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties implied or otherwise relating to use of this site.
